What does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be the liaison between the Distribution & Sales Teams in your area. You will be responsible for managing the drivers within your assigned territory, and will have the opportunity to staff, train, evaluate, and develop your team members, helping ensure the efficient distribution of our great-tasting products to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the effective & efficient distribution of product
• Adhere to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage drivers within a specific territory
• Manage driver’s delivery schedule and hours worked
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
• Resolve customer issues
• Manage and audit team member’s timekeeping
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CDL A license required, with a clean/current MVR
• 1-3 years of experience in consumer products/ direct store delivery required
• Experience managing people/ budgets required
• Intermediate computer database application skills
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
• 1+ years supervising distribution/ delivery staff preferred

Position Details:
Base pay range $59,863 to $62,150. Pay offered will depend upon candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills & abilities. Position is eligible for annual or [quarterly] bonus based on performance against metrics.
