Switched On Group Looking for Executive Assistant at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand Full Time

Our down-to-earth Chief Executive, Chris Hughes is looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to help keep Switched On Group’s construction sector mahi moving. This role involves supporting Chris, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Board and Shareholders to stay ahead of the game by:

• Organising an everchanging CE diary
• Administering the CE email inbox
• Supporting CE task management by flagging priorities and deadlines
• Preparing for meetings, including hui coordination, agendas, minutes, reporting and follow-up
• Acting as Secretary to the Board for monthly and ad-hoc meetings
• Planning national and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
• Managing work-related expenses and reconciliation.

Requirements

Ko wai koe? You will be:

• An experienced EA to a Chief Executive, with a minimum of 5 years EA experience at an executive level.
• Able to communicate at an executive level and understand business strategies, budgets and more.
• Highly adaptable and able to re-prioritise your work and that of the CE to meet the needs of our fast-moving Group.
• Skilled at working collaboratively with a wide range of people to deliver to tight business deadlines.
• A whizz in the Microsoft Windows environment, with high competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
