Switched On Group Looking for Salesforce System Administrator / Business Analyst at Christchurch Central, Canterbury Full Time

We have an exciting and challenging role newly created to help us on our Salesforce journey. This role can be based in Hawkes Bay OR Christchurch.

You will be working with the Chief Digital Officer and project team as they scope, design, deploy and embed the new Salesforce business solution and end-to-end processes migrating from the current system to the new platform.

This is a varied business facing role taking a strong administrative lead across our new adoption and fast evolving use of Salesforce platform. You will be working alongside a small internal and vendor team to ensure our business is able to utilise, maximise and leverage the Salesforce environment to gain maximum business value and keep users engaged with the system.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• All aspects of user management (setup/de-activation, roles, profiles, permissions, groups)
• Broad user support and training
• Configuration changes (Workflow, process builder, fields, page layouts record types, customer settings)
• Maintaining database quality and standards
• Work with Salesforce partners on projects and best practice
• The go-to person for users (Listening, documenting pain points/ user cases for solutioning, getting hands on where the solution is configurable)

Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce operational experience
• Minimum Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems and database
• Proven communications and documentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A passion and curiosity in embracing all things Salesforce
• Strong customer support experience
