SWOOP Analytics is seeking web developers to join our growing virtual team to design and develop our next-generation collaboration analytics platform that transforms metadata from the most popular corporate communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Workplace from Meta) into an experience that allows corporations to make powerful decisions to improve their business outcomes through collaboration.

We are looking for developers with good all-around skills. You should have an aptitude for translating customer requirements into a reliable software service while working constructively in a passionate, remotely distributed team. Because we are generating analytics, an aptitude for analysing data and using tools to process large amounts of data is essential.

Our working arrangements (time, location, leave) are very flexible and will always be a remotely distributed model. Amongst other tools, we use Teams, Jira, Zendesk, Harvest and Confluence to facilitate remote working.

We have a rapidly expanding customer base of tier 1 companies in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific that rely on us to guide their communication and collaboration initiatives. Salary: $55,355.00 – $140,857.00 per year
