SY Energy Pte Ltd Hiring For Operations & Admin Executive at Downtown Core , Singapore Full Time

  • Provide support for oil cargo operations E.g. Contract, shipping documents, LC, demurrage claims and etc
  • Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable E.g. Invoicing, Remittance etc
  • Handle administrative matters of the company
  • Provide admin support to superiors when needed
  • All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Preferably Degree holder in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Meticulous, strong in numbers and good communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • 1-2 years of admin experience will be good
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to apply, proper guidance will be provided
