The Opportunity

Support successful execution of product strategies and roadmaps, conducting market research and establishing market requirements, liaising with IT during product development to support definition of product user stories.

This role is currently hybrid.

About The Role

Collect data to analyze market performance and customer needs/reactions to products and services to identify opportunities for new products or changes to existing ones.

Prepare detailed specifications for the product development and IT team based on research conducted.

Assist the Product Manager with scenario analysis to anticipate the forecast of profits or potential losses.

Seek feedback and information from internal teams and Symcor customers to analyze and evaluate market and sales data on products and services.

Produce effective reporting and insights pertaining to existing product strategies and incorporate into the organization’s preferred format.

Contribute to the preparation, production and presentation of bidding and proposal activities.

What You Need To Succeed

Education:
Professional development: Completion of College diploma/Undergraduate Degree in marketing, financial management or business administration or other relevant discipline and/or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience.

Knowledge in Product Analytics/Financial Analytics.

Product/Financial Performance Analysis.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence – preferred.

Detailed knowledge of the products and services of the organization.

Knowledge of competitor’s products.

Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
