A day in the life of a Quality Auditor

You will be responsible for ensuring service quality & safety standards are maintained at all times and that the services provided meets the customer’s specification and is legally compliant in all aspects.

Having good attention to detail will play a big part in your role as it will be one of your tasks to ensure that our sites & clients are audit ready at all times and the strict standards are maintained throughout all sites.

A hands-on role, you will conduct scheduled auditing of safety, legality and standards of the site, carry out regular documented checks on all aspects of service provision, in accordance with customer, internal, ISO 9001, PSA and SIA regulatory/legal requirements.

• Manage a schedule of Global Audits, working with other teams to ensure that there is no overlap
• Quality Control the overall Audit Programme
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Prepare, audit and file paperwork
• Set Up and conduct daily quality assessments, including feedback and trending for operational teams
• Liaising daily with the broader team based in the United States
• Control & Documentation of On Hold and other non-conforming services
• Conduct documented investigations and closure of non-conformance
• Carry out specified projects
