Position Details;

Location: Calmount Park, Ballymount, Dublin 12

Role: HR Support Officer

Hours: Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the HR team an offering support to the recruitment and screening process.
• Entering data into the company’s computer systems and creating staff profiles.
• Screening of new staff is prioritized to meet deadlines
• Managing workload effectively
• Communicating status of Screening to HR Manager before offer of employment is made
• Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company’s computer systems.
• Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
• Keeping management informed of progress of 5 year screening within first 13 weeks of employment in accordance with PSA 28:2013
• Maintain accurate tidy screening files
• Providing administrative support within the company’s HR Department.

Experience:

• HR Administration: 1 year (preferred)
