Role available: Operations Manager.

Conditions: Permanent / Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding national client portfolio. The Operations Manager will play a leading role in establishing and maintaining existing customer relationships along with service deployment. Based from our Dublin branch.

Duties:

• Overall accountability for assigned Customers including service delivery, KPI attainment and client satisfaction.

• Actively monitor service level and quality and make adjustments as needed.

• Direct management of Security leads and supervisors

• Internal and external reporting requirements, including SLA, KPI, MOR, QBR and other reports as required.

• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.

• Proactively manage and resolve Customer related issues.

• Manage and develop Supervisors to build effective teams and to manage the performance of their teams through positive communication and development.

• Lead ad-hoc Operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.

• Ensure the delivery of the Operational Plan at all level of the business including training and development, talent and performance management and recruitment and selection.

• Maintain Operational systems to ensure up to date Customer Account details.

• Manage and promote initiatives and compliant policies to support the Health, Safety and Wellness of all employees.

• Act as Synergy Security Solutions’ expert on all matters relating to Security Services, employee relations, organisational change and development, change management, reward, recruitment and selection.
