Position Details;

Location: Mayfield Business Park, Old Youghal Rd, Cork

Role: Recruiter

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead recruitment drives
• Coordinate and Manage recruitment open evenings / interviews
• Manage and maintain the company recruitment requirements
• Leading Manpower planning meetings to identify the requirements with key stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain job advertisements and relevant platforms

• Employee set up, ensuring that all information added to the system is accurate and timely for efficient payroll run.

• Communicating effectively with other departments on all new employee set up requirements.

• Head hunt for specific roles where applicable
• Posting job adverts on internal and external job boards on a weekly basis and agree shortlisting with managers.

• Communicate with candidates, undertake telephone screening, and arrange interviews in a timely manner.

• Schedule and participate in interviews with managers, ensuring offers and regrets are sent out in a timely manner.

• Conduct on boarding and induction training for all new employees including overseeing the completion of new starter paperwork and sending this to payroll within agreed timescales.

• Complete right to work checks for all new employees ensuring the appropriate legislation is adhered to
