Overview
Revenue Cycle Services is looking for an energetic, value-driven employee to join our Multi-Specialty/Women’s Health Team! Our inbound call center is responsible for managing the daily needs of our patients through scheduling and communications with physician’s offices. This position also has the opportunity to work remotely, depending on performance and attendance.
- At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
- Requires strong customer service and multitasking skills.
- Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
