Together, we won’t stop!Job OverviewAs a Rural Market Manager, you’ll build, recruit, and maintain a strong team of Retail Store Managers, Hometown Experts and Rural Indirect Sales Managers, supporting them every step of the way. This person must have a proven ability to adapt well to change and fast paced enviornments, including experience in sales, leading and inspiring multi-unit teams, market/store visits, prospecting, and conducting audits to ensure operational excellence. A successful candidate will be strong in relationship building and influence, interact directly with Dealers, Account Managers, and other cross-functional Leaders. Frequent travel required.Job Responsibilities:Support the team in their development, training, mentoring, and tactical execution, driving leadership behaviors that will lead to earning a place in our customer’s hearts and store employee successSet SMRA teams up for success through personalized performance plans and conversations.
