  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Extensive Hands-on experience with Windows Client and Server OS.
  • Knowledge on Active Directory and it’s concepts
  • Added advantage on Basic Knowledge on Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. LogMein, Dameware tools etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  • Knowledge on basics of network and anti-virus programs
  • Basic Knowledge on Cloud Based environments like Intune, Azure etc…

Contract length: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: €200.00-€230.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Desktop support: 4 years (preferred)
