We are seeking a friendly and professional customer service associate to join our team.

The Customer Service Floater is responsible for crosstraining in all customer service positions in order to provide support for the entire department.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Effectively and efficiency process customer orders

• Communicate with customers in order to resolve issues and concerns in a professional manner

• Answer and direct multi-line phone calls
• Respond to customer questions and requests
• Communicate with customers in order to resolve issues and concerns in a professional manner
• Enter all purchase orders in the database
• Maintain and update customer database
• Assist with additional job duties as needed

Required skills and abilities:

• Associate’s Degree required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Ability to work with a team
• Self motivated
• Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and organization skills are required
