Tailored Management Hiring for Device Support Specialist I at Indiana Full Time

Location: 9115 Hague Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46256
Pay: $34/hour (W2 employee. Benefits include medical, dental, vision)
Shift Availability: Fully-Remote after training.

• Regular Schedule Post Training: mid first shift – mid second shift
• Position will include working some holidays that occur Monday through Friday.

Required Training:

• There will be a brief period of time where the employee must come onsite to be trained hands-on to provide remote technical support post-training. The schedule during this time will be first-shift (most likely 8-5)

This is a contract position for 3-years.with a high probability of conversion to fulltime employee.

About the Device Support Specialist Position:

• As a Technical Support Specialist 1, you will address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries for the company’s Point of Care product line (CoaguChek XS, Urisys 1100 products) from patients and health care professionals via phone. This includes; providing specialized support, troubleshooting problems, identifying and documenting solutions.
• Responsible for understanding and communicating product/process changes and increasing customer satisfaction/delight.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Laboratory experience
• Labrotory equipment maintenance and/or calibration
• A combination of technical support (phone desktop, etc.) and laboratory experience
• Medical device/equipment troubleshooting or calibration experience
• Customer service for product support (electronic, medical, etc.)

Education:

• College Degree Required (Bachelors preferred)
• 2 Year Degree minimum requirement or equivalent military experience

Ideal candidates will have laboratory experience, medical experience, EMT experience, or some form of medical device, medical equipment, or laboratory equipment troubleshooting or calibration experience.
