taim mediterranean kitchen is an award-winning fast-casual restaurant group established in the West Village of New York in 2005. We’re famed for our delicious food, prepared fresh in-store every day. We pride ourselves in creating meals with market-fresh produce and the finest ingredients to create our unique flavors. If you are great with words, confident in building connections with people, and love food, this role is for you! You will be the ‘face’ of taïm to our customers across email and reviews platforms, helping them with their enquiries.
Flexible, Part-Time Role
This is a part-time role requiring 5-10 hours a week, with at least one hour a day Monday – Friday. You can work remotely but may be required to visit a taïm on a monthly basis, meet with the team and eat the food!
The Role
You will be working for our marketing and operations team responding to customer enquiries about our food, our restaurants, and their food orders. Enquiries will come in directly via email, review platforms like Yelp & Google, and 3rd party food ordering platforms like Uber Eats.
The majority of enquiries will be via email, so strong written skills and good communication are essential. You will be provided with a guide on how to respond to different scenarios, and then asked to write in the style of the brand – friendly yet informative – and to pursue each inquiry to a happy resolution with the customer. As part of this resolution you will be collaborating with partner teams to get to a happy solution.
You will also be asked to track customer feedback in organized documents so we can access restaurant performance over time, across locations. You will be helping to manage our main customer email account and forward some requests or updates to the right team members.

Salary
$25 an hour. Time to be tracked daily and reconciled bi-weekly.
