The role

As Head Of Digital Transformation, You Will

• Develop and lead our digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance user experience.
• Create and manage a strategic technology roadmap to support our long-term growth.
• Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
• Collaborate with all business units to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of digital initiatives.
• Manage critical systems support and end-user support to enhance user experience.
• Optimise robust IT infrastructure and communication platforms across the business.

What you’ll bring

We Are Looking For a Proven Strategic Leader With

• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
• At least eight years at a senior level in the IT industry, with a minimum of five years in people management.
• Strong leadership, coaching and relationships skills.
• Extensive digital project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The capability to inspire, motivate and drive digital transformation and change.
• Experience with iwi or Maaori organisations, and knowledge of Waikato Tainui culture is an advantage.

You’ll take pride in your ability to think strategically and knowledge of a range of ICT technologies and applications. Just as important, we’re looking for a motivated team player with strong team ‘fit’, lots of energy and a desire to succeed.
