Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers
• Act as the liaison between PM’s and accounting department; Bridge internal communication flow cross-functionally
• Verify accuracy of new client information, job forms and proposals from PM’s
• Set projects up in the system
• Manage invoice/billing process with clients
• Follow up about upcoming invoices/payments due during every phase of project
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, explain invoicing process, discuss timelines, answer questions, establish rapport
• Proactively communicate with PM’s, clients and accounting department on any invoices/billing issues or past due payments
• Assist in streamlining the invoicing/billing process to stay up to date on client invoices

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-level customer service/customer support experience working in an office environment
• Prior invoicing/billing experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and follow up skills, “take charge” attitude
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to hold PM’s accountable in a professional manner
• Proactive individual, team player, with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally between departments
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
