Personal Assistant

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Personal Assistant based in Dublin, working in the head office besides the airport. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, with flexibility on start times and earn €20,000- €25,000.

As a Personal Assistant you will be extremely organised and work closely with the employer to help them prioritise and manage their time effectively.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Role Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• You must be highly organised.
• An interest in interiors would be beneficial.
• The ability to deal with clients in a polite and pleasant manner,
• Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters.
• Scheduling fittings.
• Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks.
