Talent Groups Hiring for Talent Acquisition Recruiter at United States Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Industry.
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates in a competitive market
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Workday Recruit experience)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience recruiting in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
