We provide mail solutions for clients around the world including small businesses, freelancers, consultants, and more. We have been in business for over 10 years and have expanded to Nevada, Delaware, and Florida in recent years. In this Entry Level HR Assistant position, we’re seeking someone who thrives in a team environment and is respectful, positive, and personable. Key responsibilities for an Amazing HR Assistant:

• Manage job postings

• Filter and source quality candidates

• Conduct preliminary interviews to find cultural fit

• Schedule interviews with candidates and managers

• Conduct all onboarding processes for new hires
• Research salary ranges for job positions
• Work with managers to create and hone those lovely job descriptions
• Ensure that all our employee records are up-to-date and confidential

Qualities Required for HR Assistant:

• Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM

• Passion to continuously improve and learn

• Must be able to solve problems and provide resolutions

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or have related work field experience in Human Resources
• 2-3 year experience in HR recruitment
• 2-3 year experience in HR policies, practices, and procedures

HR Assistant Wage and Benefits:

• Part/Full Time Options available

• Wage Range (Based on location and DOE): $14.50/ hour – $22.00 / hour
