Talent Trader Group Hiring For Driver Relations Officer at Singapore Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfilment including accurate picking and packaging of orders, updating Shopify/Platform backend, arranging delivery, and customer service recovery
• Ensuring efficient and effective flow of daily packing operations and customer service levels
• Ensuring clean and optimal environment and organisation of inventory storage area, taking initiative to create process improvements and increased efficiency
• Working closely with third party partners e.g. logistics companies and stockists to ensure smooth logistic operations
• Updating of Fulfillment and Customer Service SOPs, replying and resolving Customer Service Enquiries
• Performing Stock Takes and Quality Checks on new stock arrival, inbounding new stocks into the system

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in similar capacity
• Diploma in any related discipline 
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
