The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Develop and oversea new and existing solar distribution partner as well as installer relationships.
Responsibilities
· Continuously establish and develop business relationships with Cananda Distribution customers, expanding sales and providing strong service to the new and existing contacts.
· Identify and develop key Distribution accounts and follow up with contracts.
· Communicate directly with distribution customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments and inventory. Coordinate with Channel Sales Director & Sales Support Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules, and to advise customers of stock status.
· Maintain close relationship and communication with distributor local offices to understand their needs regarding product training, technical, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.
· Analyze and monitor account customer data and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trend.
· Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the Channel Sales Director.
· Accompany distributor sales team on joint visits with installer customers to promote Talesun and distributor. Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and company’s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership.
· Represent Talesun and brand during local and national exhibitions and conferences.
· Handle Logistic, Quality and Pre and After Sales issues for shipments made to customers, including coordination of documents such as Performa Invoices, Bill of Lading, shipped product information data etc.
· Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers bench marking and technical and financial market requirements.
Qualifications
· Associates Degree.
· 3+ years previous experience within similar role at a company, preferably in solar and renewable energy industry, preferably international experience.
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.
· Proactive self-starter and problem solver.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluent English.
· Collaborative style with internal and external customers.
· Competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Exc
