Qualifications

We are taking expressions of interest for our coming harvest seasons, starting early to November 2023 till the end of April 2024.

The pay rate ranges from $26.50 – 33.50/hour.

You will be working on a roster pattern, 12-hour shifts, Day/Night as directed.

As a Harvest Operator, you will be responsible for:

• The daily harvest operations for your machine;
• The highest level of respect for our Health, Safety and Well Being Policies
• The upkeep and cleanliness of your equipment.

We have further opportunities post-harvest during our potato storage season (mid-March through mid-June).

Who are you?

You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

For this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum of Class 2 (Full) + W endorsement for our modern self-propelled harvesting machines (we can help you obtain these for the right candidate)
• Minimum of Class 4 (Full) + W endorsement for our tractor (we can help you obtain these for the right candidate)
