Job Description

We are looking for quality and compliance specialist with dairy experience to join the team at our Motueka ice cream plant.

As a key member of the ice cream plants management team, you will be responsible for:

• Making sure that our team are enabled to make high quality delicious ice cream for us to sell around New Zealand and export to the world.
• Ensuring that we meet all of our internal and external food safety and compliance standards.

You will be responsible for shaping and implementing our food safety programme and driving a culture of making the best quality ice cream possible.

Qualifications

Who are you?

You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

For this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a dairy manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of RMP and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timeframes with sound problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
