Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Rendering Supervisor to join the team at our Motueka site.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Keep the plant clean and tidy.
• Operate the plant in a safe and efficient manner taking all practical step to ensure minimal yield losses.
• Ensure CIP equipment schedule is maintained.
• Ensure staff are keeping their respective work areas clean and tidy each day.
• Take weekly testings of products.
• Ensure daily audits are completed each day.
• Must ensure that correct stock rotation is being followed to ensure that we are processing the oldest stock first.

You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in previous supervisor roles
• Attention to detail.
• Strong English written and verbal.
• Have strong knowledge in health and safety procedures.
• Positive and motivated.
