Call Center Customer Service Representative – Remote position working from home!

Looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative who can work a part time shift Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 7am-2pm CST.

Customer Service Representative

Work a customer service role assisting with senior health products from the comfort of your home. Must have access to high-speed internet at home and a willingness to work diligently.

Qualifications:

· Past experience in a related customer service experience in a fast-paced, call center or customer support environment is highly preferred.

· Retail customer service, fast food and restaurant experience are acceptable.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.

Job Description:

· As a customer service representative, you would assist customers with administrative and customized care questions. We are looking for people that are computer literate, great at active listening, and are available to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday 7am – 2pm CST

· Outbound/Inbound calls from customers and service providers to enable the most customer friendly experience.

· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills on the phone.

· Ability to problem solve, handle complicated questions, and correctly refer and direct customers to other help as needed.

· Utilize CRM technology to create new customer service requests.

· Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in responding to customer requests.

· Manage challenging customer service situations while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and consultative approach towards the customer during their time of need.

· Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team goals.

· Monday, Tuesday and Friday 7am – 2pm CST

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
