Job description
Tapestry at Village Gate West is an active aging community where individuals seek opportunities to pursue their physical, mental and spiritual independence. In this role, you are responsible for performing reception and administrative duties, including answering incoming calls; screening, greeting and welcoming residents and guests; assisting residents with transportation bookings, and monitoring alarm and emergency call systems. We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Candidates must be willing to work 30 hours per week as follows: Thursday to Sunday either 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This position suits an individual who is interested in building their career in a growth-oriented company focused on creating an exceptional service environment for seniors. This may be an ideal career opportunity for those interested in a career in the seniors or hospitality sector.
