The Contractor shall provide support to assist the BCO with the execution of the mission and the day-to-day functioning of the program office. The Contractor shall provide assistance, analysis, recommendations, monitoring, planning and execution to the BICES Capabilities Manager, Chief of Staff, and Operations Manager with the internal management and coordination of the operations and activities of the BCO. This includes tracking and coordination of taskers and staff packages. The Contractor shall manage, schedule and coordinate BCO internal and external schedules. This includes scheduling of meeting rooms. The Contractor shall coordinate with the appropriate resources in order to respond to external taskers. The Contractor shall facilitate domestic and international travel planning for the BCO Capability Lead and Operations Manager. The Contractor shall assist the offices with suspense tracking, file maintenance and audits.
Experience as a senior administrative officer/office manager and total business process within a military organization, preferably within a headquarters staff. Experience in developing and managing formal task management processes and toolsets.
Professional level knowledge of customer care processes.
Knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge of DTS and various software systems. Knowledge of Air Force protocol for development of invitations and formal correspondence.
Master’s Degree in the stated discipline Or Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description
