TATCHA Hiring for Supply Chain Specialist at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Tatcha is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in San Francisco. In this role, you will manage the overall ordering and receiving process of components and finished goods, delivering orders to the manufacturing facility, and making sure delivery and sales goals are met.

Each Day At TATCHA Is Different With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work On

• Manage inventory replenishments, distribution warehouse allocations, unsellable goods approvals, and vendor inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain and assist with inventory forecasting and planning with inventory, logistics reports, and dashboard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Demand, Distribution, and Finance) to ensure accurate inventory availability, and PO/TO updates.
• Responsible for the BOM change and master data processes to ensure new materials and suppliers.
• Provide weekly PO/TO, vulnerable/at-risk/out-of-stock, SKU transition, inventory availability for new launches, and replenishment by DCs.
• Partner with the Finance team to ensure all NetSuite/Coupa transactions are accounted for and investigate any discrepancies.
• Knowledgeable in datasets from ERP; MRP, BOMs, On-hand, In-transit inventory, and Excel.
• Implement and provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for any supply inventory issues (PI, delays, transfers, constraints, etc.), understanding the subject in detail and providing potential solutions.
• Ability to interface with plant and corporate personnel at various organizational levels and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related
• 3+ years relevant work experience in inventory planning, logistics, or any supply chain management related
• Experience with transactional data in ERP systems
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Must have general computer knowledge (Netsuite, Coupa experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong analytical skills

The Details

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
