Tauranga City Council Looking for Advisor: Contact Centre – 17 hours per week at Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand Full Time

Te Tūranga | About the role

As an Advisor: Contact Centre, you are the first point of contact for enquiries received through Council’s Contact Centre. You will be providing exceptional customer service to the community, whether it’s a kōrero over the phone, responding to emails, or even answering social media enquiries.

The hours for this role are: Thursday 6.00pm – 9.00pm, Friday 4.45pm – 11.15pm, Saturday 2.45pm-11.15pm.

There is an initial training period prior to commencing regular hours for this role, training will take place in February 2024 and will be approx. 6 weeks, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm.

Ngā Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years work experience, preferably in a customer service environment.
• NCEA Level 3 or University Entrance equivalent.
