Job Description
This role will be responsible for driving Sales growth and margins for existing Customers in the selected region. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Director or VP of Sales. This position involves daily engagement with the customer stakeholders and leadership to build strong relationships, while collaborating with Tavant internal groups. Product and Service offerings include Warranty Management, Manufacturing Analytics, IOT, Salesforce and other services etc
Roles & Responsibilities
– Responsible for the Sales and margin growth of assigned Account(s) – Responsible for establishing and nurturing strong C-level relationships at assigned Account(s) – Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of Tavant projects, working with Tavant delivery managers – Plan, schedule and ensure successful participation in QBRs
Eligibility
– 8+ years of Sales or Account Management experience in reputed consulting firms, preferably in USA – Selling experience in Manufacturing Vertical – After Market Warranty, Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), Salesforce Development, etc. – Proven track record of success selling/ closing deals – Ability to generate, track and close own leads – Comfortable and confident calling at C level executives at target companies – Exposure to Salesforce or comparable lead management systems – Experience in working in the Onshore/ Offshore sales and delivery model – Experience in handling RFPs, working with Procurement, Vendor Management and similar Customer groups.
