Liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly
Work with Commercial department to calculate labour costs and margin
Input to and maintain Options Online system within Business Unit
Work with Sales Executives to effectively manage customer options timeframes
Liaise with head office personnel for national guidance and updates
Training and support of the sales team

The Options Coordinator will be responsible for managing all customer options in the Business Unit. The will set up the Options Online system to process orders for new developments, coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure customer options are ordered at the correct stage, and liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly and to the highest possible standard. The role also includes regular contact and communication with the Options department in Head Office for national guidance and updates.
