Kickstart and grow your medical administration career by joining our Hamilton Hood Street Clinic as a Clinic Administrator.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. We can offer flexibility in work hours.

You will be supported by the Hamilton Clinic Manager and the Clinic Administration Team Leader. Comprehensive training will be provided upon joining.

This is a varied and fun role that you can make your own!

Your day would comprise of tasks such as:

• Welcoming patients,
• Providing administrative and operational support to the clinic,
• Answering queries from referral sources and patients,
• Invoicing contracts,
• Purchasing clinic supplies,
• Administration of ACC, Insurer, and third-party admin contracts.

Skills and Experiences:

About You

Two years of Administration experience is desirable but not essential. Previous experience with healthcare, ACC, or Gensolve would be an advantage.

However, our ideal candidate will be someone who has a great attitude and understands and promotes excellence in customer service!

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to communicate well internally and externally
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
