We originally aimed to improve outcomes for back injuries (TBI stands for The Back Institute), but we soon expanded to include a wide range of illnesses and injuries. About The Role
Calling Physiotherapists of all experience levels! We are looking to expand our Kapiti Team in Wellington and have an opportunity for you!
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist who enjoys working across a wide range of services within an MDT environment.
This is a full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday role. However, we can offer flexibility in work hours for the right candidate. You will be working as a clinic-based Physiotherapist.
You will be supported by the Kapiti Clinic Manager and be part of our multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Pharmacists, and Orthopaedic surgeons.
With extensive training and mentoring depending on experience, the successful candidate will provide services across a wide variety of contracts including med fees, return to work programs, pain, and training for independence contracts. We also have a large volume of escalated care work – TBI Health is the only company in the Greater Wellington area to hold this contract!
Our team is a diverse multicultural group that enjoys gathering daily to test our general knowledge in the morning quiz whilst enjoying a cuppa and catching up. Every month we venture out for lunch together to test our local eateries.
The clinic is based in the heart of Kapiti with plenty of car parking options available close by. Coastlands Shopping Mall and the beach are only a stone’s throw away.

Skills and Experiences:
About You
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, a great attitude, and share our vision and values.
Previous clinical experience or a post-graduate qualification would be an advantage. However, physiotherapists of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
It is expected that the successful applicant would be willing to work towards a post-graduate qualification.
