Freight Dispatcher

Position Summary: As an Independent Freight Dispatch Agent (1099), operate as your own boss working remotely from the comfort of your own home, representing TBK Transportation under our carrier authority, soliciting Truckload & LTL freight services from your network of commercial customers, tapping into an unsaturated market. We also have on-site capabilities local to Tulsa, OK candidates if they so choose that as a preferred method. We provide ALL the back office administrative and support work so that you can focus on dispatching for your team. Agents that successfully follow our processes and develop a robust team to dispatch for can easily jump into the 6 figure range. Responsibilities:

• Your own customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new account.
• Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers
• Tracking and documenting relevant activities

Agent Requirements:

• 1+ years of current freight dispatch experience REQUIRED
• Outstanding problem-solving and people skills
• Must be driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Office with a laptop, high-speed internet, phone, and printer with the ability to copy and scan documents
