TE Connectivity’s Marketing teams are responsible for broad marketing strategy and execution across all marketing and/or digital activities including integrated, digital, communications, product marketing, etc., for a business, region, country or corporate function by developing clear and compelling positioning and value propositions and go-to-market approaches for new product introductions. They are also responsible for brand portfolio management, aligning with corporate frameworks, including marketing plans for newly acquired brands and creative direction of all marketing communications, overseeing brand experience across all marketing and customer, sales and employee touch points. They develop and implement an integrated strategy for digital marketing, including the TE.com website and social media, digital advertising campaigns that lead the marketing community in accelerated adoption of emerging digital and content-centered marketing practices and lead development and delivery of best practice marketing communications by leveraging industry trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights and analysis in developing compelling marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a high volume of marketing programs that support a variety of global stakeholders across multiple businesses, balancing multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities across a shared resource pool in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Collaborate with business unit marketers and functional leaders to develop joint strategies for growing share in target markets and applications leveraging direct and indirect channels, while improving marketing ROI
• Design and execute GTM strategies and campaign plans that drive critical business growth – testing rapidly and deploying at scale – aligned to customer lifecycle, buying groups and personas
• Partner closely with other marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure an optimal customer experience throughout the buyer’s journey, align enterprise, SMB, channel, and cross-BU campaigns, deliver a consistent and integrated voice for TE, execute campaign targeting and execution with continuous improvement in business results
• Deliver customer analysis, segmenting customers into target groups and deploying precise marketing tactics based on actionable insights
• Create content for TE distribution partners to maximize value and contribute to overall success criteria; implement reviews and make process improvements
• Track, review and analyze data related to campaign performance, SMA funnel metrics, channel performance, and distributor analytics – presenting results to illustrate insights and enable decision-making
• Support other Transportation Solutions marketing-related projects as required

What your background should look like:

• Educational Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Marketing required. MBA preferred
• Fluency in English is required
• At least 3 to 5 years marketing experience is required
• Previous global experience is required
• Proven expertise in B2B performance marketing, including digital marketing (SEM/SEO/Social), media planning/buying, campaign development/management, email nurturing and analytics
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
