We’re searching for a new food and beverage service legend to join our team as Café Assistant at Franz Josef Glacier. This role will see you supporting the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage offering at Glacier Base Café, ensuring all customers receive a high standard of customer service as well as ensuring the Café presentation and F&B offering is to a consistent high standard at all times.

This role is diverse and includes barista, food prep, cleaning and customer service work.

We’re After Someone Who

• Can impress our manuhiri with your exceptional customer service skills
• Has a minimum of 2 years food preparation experience (ideally)
• Barista experience – qualification preferred
• Works well in a diverse team
• Keeps calm under pressure
• Can work shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Is open to learning about Ngāi Tahu culture and history
