About the role

The position is responsible for providing people data and insights to support the operational needs of Kiriwhanake (HR), able to write reports for governance committees, and undertaking projects and supporting initiatives improving service quality and business outcomes. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the HR Dashboard and collate reports
• Activate modules within HR IT systems
• Develop internal and external communication templates
• Assist with broader reporting and report writing for governance committee.

About you

You will hold a Diploma in Business, Data Science or related field. Competent user of Microsoft Office and HRMIS or ERP systems.

• Analysis of Data Operating Power Bi
• Sound understanding of Human Resource functions
• 3-4 years working in quality improvement and/or data analysis.
• 2+ years’ experience in an HR environment.
• Willing to participate in cultural activities and motivated to develop an understanding of āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga).
