Mō te tūranga | About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our Assessment Treatment & Rehabilitation Services team on a fixed-term, full-time basis until 16 September 2024.
This role will see you working in a dynamic and evolving interdisciplinary team within the physical Rehabilitation Services predominantly based at Dunedin Hospital. You’ll work alongside medical teams, allied health teams and nursing teams.
In this position you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative duties for the service including but not limited to, administration around admitting, transferring and discharging patients and using a number of healthcare databases, responding to enquiries over the phone and in person and liaising with other departments in the hospital.
Flexibility is required as the hours may include working Monday to Sunday.

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 3C which falls between Step 1 $59,627 and Step 3 $63,984 p.a pro rata dependant on relevant experience.
