The Records and Information service at Dunedin Hospital is embarking on an exciting evolution with a project to Digitise our Clinical information. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be a part of a new team responsible for digitising our information.

We have multiple fixed term, full-time (1 FTE) Digitisation Officer – Preparation positions available until 30 September 2024.
As the Digitisation Officer – Preparation you will effectively produce an accurate digital document of our Clinical information and contribute to the smooth running of the Digitisation service of our Clinical Records. You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service which including file preparation and document management.

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 1A between $51,291 to $57,630 pa dependant on relevant experience.
