About the role

This is an opportunity to work within a dedicated team providing support to our Resident Medical Officers. The role allows you the opportunity to organise and coordinate administrative functions for Resident Medical Officers, and work collaboratively within the RMO support unit.

 

About you

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is able to work effectively in pressure situations

  • Minimum 1-year Medical Reception/Medical Administration experience
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, and networker
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and think outside the square
  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Specialist roster management and workforce planning skills ensuring accuracy and continuity
  • Advanced computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Databases
  • Knowledge of Hospitals is an advantage
