We are looking for a Marketing Assistant based in our Mexico Office, to join and support our team across Latin America. This position will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and will assist with marketing plans, lead the creation of case studies across the region, will manage Teads’ LATAM’s CRM from start-to-finish and will work with the Regional Marketing Manager to drive all product marketing localizations and development of new collateral. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Case Studies Production: Lead the production of case studies monthly with local sales/product teams to meet our monthly goals. Ensure these get uploaded and properly tagged on Seismic (our content management platform) and distributed across the relevant markets. Help identify which campaigns could be eligible for industry awards.
• Sales and Marketing Collateral: Manage incoming translations and adaptations from the global team or product teams from start to finish, ensure all language adaptations, and content localizations are properly implemented. Upload and properly tag these materials on Seismic and distribute across the relevant markets.
• Manage Teads’ CRM: Create a workflow to automate database update; Coordinate the periodic update of our mailing list, apply necessary segmentation, clean-up old/irrelevant contacts from our database, assess new incoming leads with the Sales team to upload on our database.
• General Marketing Support:
• Provide event support, research of activities and venues, coordinate day-of event plans, provide logistical organization (invitations, management of service providers, etc.) create post-event reports and necessary follow-up, Support on planning and execution of internal and external workshops and trainings.
• Search for top industry award opportunities in LATAM and develop a calendar.
• Help maintain the marketing tracker up to date (updating PR coverage, Newsletter tracker, Ad reports, etc.).
• Assist in the creation of content for socials.
• Manage branded swags inventory, reorder them when needed, brainstorm ideas for new swags.
• Manage incoming marketing requests from the various departments.
• Sales Support: Assist in the creation of presentations, one pagers, ads, and newsletters to promote the company’s news to advertisers, agencies, publishers, and partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related (essential).
• Minimum one year experience in Marketing or Advertising.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
• Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
