Team Air Distributing, Inc. Hiring for Entry Level IT Technician at Remote Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our team at a fast growing, HVAC wholesale distributor. In this role, you will be responsible for helping employees with IT issues, managing some data entries, and helping further integrate IT into day-to-day work. The ability to troubleshoot and critically think are most important. A college degree isn’t a requirement, but wouldn’t hurt.

This position can be worked either in person or remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with IT issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Manage data entries and maintain accurate records.
• Help integrate IT into day-to-day work processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Provide IT support to remote employees.
• Perform regular system backups and updates.
• Ensure network security and data privacy.
• Assist with procurement and installation of new hardware and software.
• Provide training to employees on new software and hardware as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.
• College degree is not required, but is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ideal candidate is in Central or Eastern time zone to best accommodate normal business hours.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
