TeamQuest Staffing Service Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Corona, CA Full Time

TeamQuest now hiring Data Entry Clerk. Looking for someone who likes to work at Fast paced. Enters Sales Orders and other data into database. This position will also serve as a back-up person for answering the phones.

MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00AM-5:00PM

Minimum Requirements:

• COVID-19 vaccinated (minimum 1st shot received for consideration)
• Proficient in the use of MS Office software at intermediate level: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
• Ability to represent the company professionally in communication, both verbal and in written formats.
• Reads and speaks English fluently and be detailed in communication.
• Must be organized, detailed oriented, be proactive in following up and providing updates.
• Intermediate proficiency in the use of functions on the MRP system, Excel and Outlook
• Willing to work occasional overtime as required.
• Abides by all Safety protocols and company policies and procedures.

Duties:

• 10 key data entry pace. Typing 35 WPM is reqiured.
• Reads data contained in Sales Orders and enters data into a database.
• Answers telephones and handles calls apprpriately.
• Ensures data entries are accurate.
• File alphabetically and numberically.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
