Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry/Jr. Data Analyst for one of our clients here in Portland, ME. Please find the position details below and let me know your interest in this.

Role: Data Entry/Data Analyst

Location: Portland, ME – Remote

Duration: 6-12+ month contract to aid in support of system conversion.

Remote role and ideally looking for someone with Data entry/Data Analysis and alos some SAP data experience.

Professional Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Prior SAP and/or SAP S/4 Hana. Salesforce knowledge is preferred but not required. Strong Communication skills. High level of focus, attention to detail and professionalism. Ability to communicate questions and clarification with work being given.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Data entry of technician service orders – SAP transactions – Notification, Service Order, Technical Completion, Debit Note

Data entry of FQR

Data entry of maintenance

Data entry of support calls – hardware and software

Data entry of warranty claims

Data entry of MRA’s

Data entry of Maintenance Plans

Data entry of new machines
