Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in our Auckland office. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting users in resolving IT issues and completing IT requests. You will also be responsible for system administration, improving the current IT infrastructure, and maintaining hardware inventory for TECEZE and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or related field
• Experience with PC hardware and software and Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7/8/10)
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, system administration, and IT infrastructure management
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Experience with Network Technologies, Firewall technologies & Anti Virus Management and backup is preferred.
• Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft-based operating systems and associated applications with an emphasis on troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving computer problems in a networked environment.
