· Very good experience in CA Layer 7 Gateway product.

· API Gateway – Delivery – Integration, design patterns and programming standards

· API Management concepts and capabilities such as Security, Authentication, OAuth and Policies

· Creating REST API documentation using OpenAPI, Swagger.

· Message transformations converting web services from SOAP to REST or REST to SOAP

· API layer like custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, request and response modifications etc

· Java/J2ee, SpringBoot Full stack, Microservices, SOAP and Rest Web services, Struts, Hibernate

· Expert in SQL programming, Stored Procedures using Oracle 7/8i/ 9i/10g.

· Application servers and tools: Apache Tomcat, JBoss, CVS, SVN, GIT, Maven, Jenkins

· Deployment and manage services on AWS Cloud

· Experience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline.

Detailed Job description: –

Responsible for architecting and integrating Middle Layer Systems within Telecom practice. This will involve understanding business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, assessment of those requirements, scoping, architecting and designing the software components, prepare interface contracts, high and low level design documents which includes UI/ Presentation layer, Business / Domain Object Modeling and persistence layer. May also be required to use other administrative skills to complete tasks for the project.

Responsibilities:

· Advocated industry best practices in numerous technical implementations.

· Work very closely with customer and manage the expectations, address requirement and escalation

· Be strong in forming collaborative relationships with business partners, professional stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and other team members.

· Collaborate with various stake holders to architect and design Interface contracts, high-level and low-level designs

· Be a hands-on developer while supporting team members and ensuring that delivered solutions meet the business needs and adhere to coding, quality and design standards.

· Design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice based platforms

· Liaise with testing team across testing cycle, ST, SIT and UAT and make sure the delivered product is as per requirements and met quality requirements of Optus

· Conduct post-project analysis and distribute information to cross-functional groups

· Developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline

· Have demonstrated experience in coaching and providing guidance and training to less experienced IT professionals.

· Promote and support agile / scrum development practices

· Have excellent communication skills and be able to manage customer expectations.
