The role:



The Client Manager is responsible for bringing new accounts and business to the Auckland region. The primary purpose of the role is to grow revenue, margin and the number of active accounts being managed.

You will be supported by the Talent team to help source great technology candidates and work in conjunction with the wider resourcing team. This role will cover both contract and permanent resource placement and will require strong business development and account management expertise.

The Client Manager is a passionate customer facing person, good at building rapport, an active listener who delights in serving our customers. You must have a track record of delivery in a technology resourcing or recruitment market and be strong in consultative and strategic selling.  



Key Accountabilities:

• Delivery of annual sales margin numbers.
• Actively target, develop and land new accounts to Techspace.
• Growth in the revenue and customer base within the Auckland region.
• Identify opportunities within current accounts, growing the presence and revenue within those accounts.
• Identify opportunities within new accounts.
• Target competitive accounts and develop ongoing pipeline of customers and opportunities.
• Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
• Use social media to promote Techspace and build its profile.
