TEKsystems Hiring for Construction Manager at Atlanta, Georgia Full Time

TEKsystems is seeking experienced Construction Managers candidates. As a CM, you will be responsible for managing internal as well as external (sub-contractors) tower crew(s). In addition to representing our company in a professional manner, you will be the face of our company when interacting with suppliers, customers and various vendors during installations and troubleshooting projects.

Duties include:

• Recruit, Hire, Train and Mentor Crew(s)

• End-to-end management of the construction elements of projects around the US

• Improvement of processes, tools and execution of Operations. Including reduction of cycle times in the field

• Maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types

• Assists in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations including: grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de-installation of antennas, coax, and BTS cabinets

• Climbing ladders of various heights

• Construction, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment

• Training on the operation of test equipment and data reporting

• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment

• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance

• Working with a crew and responding to service calls in a timely manner
